- The following are cures for ailments in which the old people of this locality believe.
Tooth-ache: Hold two bottles of hot water to the face. One in each side

(2) Bail dandelion and eat itWarts: Count and put the same number of pebbles as there is of warts in a paper bag, and leave them in a obvious position. Whoever finds the bag will get the warts, and they will leave the person who placed the pebbles there. Cut a piece of meat for every wart, and bury it in a place in which it is likely to be found.
