    Long ago there lived an old smith in the locality. He could cure boils. A person could be cured of boils if the smith and himself came fasting to each other for nine mornings in succession. The smith would blow on them and cure them.
    Every Xmas all the rich farmers in the locality killed cows and each of them gave the smith a head.
    The smith never had power to banish rats. The smith was looked upon as been very strong.
    One night a man came to Aherla forge and he asked what they were doing. The answer the man got from Mr. OConnor (the smith) was.
    "We could run our home parliment at Danny Connor's forge,
    One was a suffrage and the other stood up for peace,
    And the other had little time to deal with these.
