There is one story connected with milking. On May morning if a cow has no milk it is said that "Kitty the Hare" has milked her early in the morning.
The fodder that is used in the stable is straw or litter. The horses are shod by the local smith. Horses are clipped in winter.
There are many calls for the various animals. When we call the calves we say "Suck Suck", calling chickens we say "Chick Chick", calling ducks we say "Feen Feen", calling hens we say "Tuk Tuk". When we call the pigs we say "Bon Bon".
