    the churn. Then there is water put in on the butter in the churn and it is churned again for a few minutes to wash the butter.
    It is the taken out on a dish and salted and washed again. Then it is weighed and made into pound bricks. The butter milk is used in the making of bread and the feeding of fowl and pigs.
