His grandfather was also a poet and on account of this he found it very easy to compose poems on any subjects he thought of. He emmigrated to America in nineteen hundred. The songs which these poets wrote are not sung now.
- Many poets lived in this district in former times. There still lives in the townland of Glencreagh a man named Mr O'Sullivan, nicknamed "Tadgh Andheos." (?) He is about eighty years of age. He used to compose poetry in former times. His ancestors were not poets, but he got the power suddenly.
