    him and he drank all the whiskey. This man had never tasted drink before but he became the biggest drunkard in the parish.
    Another story is told about the same fort Mr. Joe Callaghan the man who owned it decided to level this fort so as to set cabbage there. Himself and his son went to the fort to plant the cabbage when a whirlwind came and blew the plants into the air although the place was very sheltered. Any cabbage would not grow there. His horse ran wildly and pulled the plough after him over two fences. Later on he planted timber and it grew.
