  2. In this country there are lots of birds. Some are migrating birds but others remain in this country all the time. The Cuckoo and the Swallow and Woodcock are migrating birds. There are several varities of wild fowl namely. The Grey Plover, and Green Plover, the Grouse, the Pheasant, the Snife, the blackbird and Thrush and several other varities too numerous to mention.
    Some varities of birds build in the bogs namely the snipe, others in trees, namely, larks, and corn-crakes, others in ditches namely robins, lady wag tails and wrens, and the sparrow
