  1. Saint Laughteen build Stuake church. The church which he build is now in ruins. Long ago the well was situated as at Donoughmore. But it removed to Garryadden, and the reason why it moved from Donoughmore was, because it was disrespected.
    There was a man in Garryadden who was a cripple and he stopped there over night, and he was cured. Saint Laughteen was buried in Stuake churchyard. His feast-day is kept on the twenty-fourth of June.
