The Both-Cárthaig.
Near Town, there is a hill called the Both-Cárthaig, because Saint Cárthaig, who came from Kerry, lived for five years in a little mud house, on top of this hill. He left the hill, and travelled by the bank of the River Blackwater to Lismore, where he founded a Monastery.- Bailitheoir
