  1. There are only four forges in the parish. Mr. P O'Connor, Mr. J. Cronin, Mr Joe Buckley and Mr Jim Buckley. Their people have been smiths for over a hundred years.
    There are three in Percival St., and one in Watergate St., they are situated on the streets.
    They have felt roofs. The door is not of any special shape but there is a horseshoe on each door. There is only one fireplace in each forge. Bellows are not made locally. The smiths need a number of implements in
