- Bóthairín na gCorp.
It is called that name because that was the road the corpses were taken to the grave-yard at Nohoval long ago.The old bog road.
It got its name because there are bogs on either side of it as it runs from Rathmore village to the hills called the two Paps. There is a Bóthairín
branching off the Public road near Laxie cross, through Lowlands and on to Lissyconnor. There is an old path
going from Daniel M. Duggan's house of Nohoval to Frank O'Keeffe's of Nohoval. - You are not logged in, but you are welcome to contribute a transcription anonymously.
