    Denis Duggan and Liam the tailor. Sometimes they had men with them but more times they had only a young apprentice with them. The tailors were very well treated in every house. In some cases the master tailor used to be taken into the parlour to his meals and the journeymen took their meals in the kitchen. The master tailor used to get better food than the men. The journey men used to play tricks on the people of the house and on their master. On one occasion the journey men were not taken to tea with their master and one of them said he would have revenge. He went to the fire for the smoothing iron which was always kept hot near the fire and he took it up and he pretended that it was too hot for him to hold and he left it fall on the teapot and broke it.
