  1. The food in olden times was much different than the food people use at present. Their daily diet consisted of Potatoes and milk occassionally a little oatmeal porridge.

    In olden times the people had a much harder life than they have at present. Often they had a good portion of work completed for thier breakfast.

    Tea was unknown by country people up to a short time ago. Four times a day the people used to eat in olden times.

    Very little bread was used except at Christmas and this only lasted a few days.
