“There is a field in Kilcrogan belonging to Miss Cowhy called, "Páirc-na-gcapall".”
There is a field in Kilgrogan belonging to Miss Cowhy called,"Páirc-na-Gcapall". There were many horses kept there long-ago.
Another field there is named "Cnoceen-na-Gé". The wild-geese were very fond of perching on that little hill. You would hear the old people say that, "The geese were perched in Cnoceen-na-Gé."
In Cowhy's there is another field called, Tobair-na-Grille." There is a well in this field and there used to be a little fish seen in it.- Collector
