    There is no landlord now at all but a couple of years ago there was one. Mr. Rooney was a landlord before and he gave it up but before him there was a man by the name of O Neill and he was a very bad landlord.
    He evicted many people and he was fighting every day with one of the people. So one day he went away and never came back after that. The Land Commissioners have it now.
