Those coming toward Glanworth would try to bring the ball here by pucking, by holding and running with the ball or any other way that it could be done. While Kildorrery tried to take it home in the same way.
Bringing the "ball home" meant winning the game, and this after match was known as "Cormórtas"
- He remembers Glanworth going to meet Kildorrery - between both parties there was always friction - to a football match.
Glanworth went armed with furze sticks and instead of the Match it was a fight
