    men, by hand. The cream should be a certain heat to have to have it make. When the men are turning the churn the wind must be left out or the churn would burst. It takes about an hour to make in the Summer and about half an hour in the Winter because cream in the Summer than in the Winter. The churn is made twice a week in Summer and once in Winter.
