- (continued from previous page)When all had quietened down the smith laid his hand on Philip and he said to the giant, "this is Philip Ronayne". After that the rocks seemed to fall down and the giant with the rest of his pages disappeared and the smith found himself at the entrance to the cave with Philip in his arms. He then returned Philip to his parents and they all lived happily ever after.
