    Cloves
    For many stomach disorders such as flatulency, especially when accompanied by a headache, clove tea is an excellent remedy. Put two or three cloves in a cup, and half fill with boiling water. Cover with a saucer for a few minutes, then sip slowly.

    Sage Tea
    To enrich the blood, and excellent for almost all liver troubles as well as to clear the system.

    Nettles
    As a vegetable. Wash well plunge into boiling water (salted). Squeeze
