My Mary of the curling hair,
The laughing teeth and bashful air,
Our bridal morn is dawning fair,
With blushes in the sky
Siubhal, Siubhal, Siubhal, a ghrádh
Siubhal go socair agus Siubhal a rún
My love, my heart,
My own dear girl
My mountain maid arise
II
I am no stranger proud and gay,
To woo thee from thy home away
And leave thee at a later day,
A prey wasting sighs.
Siubhal, Siubhal agus rl
III
And now my love shall be my bride,
And happy by our own fireside,
