    The person came over and shook hands with him. He asked who it was but he got no answer, and then he said again "Who ever you are you are quiet welcome here". The ghost asked to have one mass said for him and then said, good bye and not to forget his promise and then dissappeared and was never seen in the neighbourhood anymore.
