  1. Local Place Names.
    Mullane's field because the Mullanes owner it at one time. The ten acres, because the area of it is ten acres. A field in front of my house is called Mullanes because a man named Mullane owned it at one time. The cowhouse field:- because a cowhouse was in the field at one time, and the ruin is all that's left now in the field. The Hill field:- A big hill is in the field and it is sloped all around.
    The Ray:- Because a ray is a swampy muddy place with water running over it. Boirin na Tearcad:- The muddy little road.
