This Landlord got poor in time, and was forced to sell his lands to the Batesons who lived in Belfast.
When Mr. Morgan was very old, a little boy came down from Park every day, to play with the old man, and one day he came down crying, and he said that he was hungry, and was not able to play today. Mr. Morgan gave him food, and the boy ate much, and he died that evening.
