    are removed. The women who "lay out" the corpse must be present when it is coffined. Once the lid is on the coffin, it should not be taken off again. The men who go under the coffin leaving the house, should be the first to go under it leaving the chapel.
    People who bring things e.g. chairs etc. to a wake, should take them home again when the wake is over. It is not right to call to see a sick person when coming from a funeral.
    You should not be the last to leave a graveyard, lest you might be next to go in. If you fall in a churchyard, it is thought you will be the next to die. It is not right to go into a graveyard unless you have business in there. Great losses follow a death in a family.
