  2. 5. One night about 200 years ago there was a man going up the road to Kileedy. All of a sudden a hand appeared before him on the road.
He went to the nearest Policeman's house and the Policeman went with him.
The man went on ahead and the Policeman followed. When the man saw the hand he turned to tell the Policeman but the Policeman was not there.
The man then hot the Parish Priest who carried holy-water with him. When they saw the hand the priest shook the holy-water on it and it disappeared and when they turned back they met the Policeman and they all went home.
