  1. When going to bed at night:-
Sweet Jesus I now go to rest in union with Thy Repose
In the arms of Thy Blessed Father and in the bosom of Thy Blessed Mother.
May every breath I breathe this night be an act of praise, love and thanks-giving and sorrow for having offended Thee and I wish to love Thee daily more and more. Sweet Jesus have mercy on me.
When getting up in the morning:-
I will rise from my bed of sleep to labour for the salvation of my soul.
