    My Jesus and Mary keep me from the harm of the day as you did in the night.
    On awakening in the morning:-
    O my God, my only God, the author of my being and my last end I give Thee my heart. Praise, honour and glory be to Thee for ever Amen.

    O my God clothe my soul with the nuptial robe of charity and grant that I may wear it pure + undefiled before Thy Judgement seat.
