    Rheumatism: (1) Yarrow. Drink the juice of boiled Yarrow.
    (2) Comfrey Roots chopped finely and applied to the painful part and cover with a bandage.
    (3) Celery.
    Kidney trouble: (1) Broom
    (2) Dandelion Root
    (3) Tansy.
    Tonics: (1) Blackberry.
    (2) Stinging nettles.
    Hoarseness, Sore throats, Coughs:
    (1) Blackcurrants
    (2) Raspberries.
    Sleeping Draught: Poppies.
    Toothache: (1) Roasted salt applied to the face
    (2) Bread Soda put in the tooth
    (3) A ball of cotton wool steeped in whiskey and put in the tooth.
