  1. Old Crafts
    Long ago candles were made. They were made from fat of animals. The fat was melted, and poured into a mould. Then there was a wick put into it. It was left to set and get hard. When it was set it was used for light.
    This was the only way of light the people had at that time. They used be made around here. They are not made at all now.
