  1. One night a man was coming from Limerick with a donkey and cart. He had to pass-by the guard's Barrack at Ballyneety and he had no lights. At (time) that moment he thougt of a plan. He unharnessed the donkey from the cart, and tied him to the back of it. He then took the donkey's place himself. Meanwhile a (Gard) Guard came on and gave the order to halt, "Where is your light" he asked. "Go back and ask the driver" answered the man
