Ar an leathanach seo
- There was once a man who was always looking for work. One day he went to the king and asked him would he give him work. The king said that the job he would give him was to hunt ghosts away from a castle belonging to him. He sat down at a big fire and gave him a book to read. At twelve o'clock the first night a bull came running down the stairs. The man got a whip and beat him up again. Then he fell asleep. When the king came in to the castle the next day he asked the man how did he get on. "Oh" said he, "an old bull came running down the stairs. I got my whip and hunted him up again".The second night he heard someone saying something. He looked upstairs and saw a ghost saying "I'll fling, I'll fling". The man said to him, "fling away if you like, but if you hit me you will pay for it dearly". The ghost said again "I'll fling, I'll fling". The man gave him the same answer as he gave him before. The ghost kept flinging off all he had on until he had nothing left(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
