Nearly on every road there are fairy forts of some kind such as Lisboney, Lismore, Rathmartin and Rathnaleen.
The Rathmartin Road got it's name from an old fort and by a man Martin who was killed in the fort.
Rathnaleen got it's name from an old fort situated on top of a hill and inhabited by a race of small people. Those forts are surrounded by large trees which makes them(continues on next page)- Collector
