- The cure for a chin coff was to give the person a ferrits leavings. If a person eats three meals of nettles the first of May he will never get a disease. The cure for a sting of a nettle is to get the duce of a dog leaf and rub it to it and it will be cured. If your nose ever begins to bleed, stick a key down yhour back and it will (be cured) stop. The cure for a burn is to rub bread-soda to it after being burnt and it will cure it. If a cow has a worm in her tail rub garlic and salt and it will cure it. If you had a chill-blain rub lampoil and salt to it and it will be cured.
