  1. (continued from previous page)
    Midst clouds of golden brown
The lake reflecting sun and cloud
    In radiant colours shine
For with beauty gleams the setting sun
    On thy placid lake Fishmoyne.
In the shady dales and grassy vales
    The hare and rabbit roam
    The pheasant, grouse and partridge
    They find a happy home
There's lake and bower, tree and flower
    Serene in beauty smile
    Old Eden has an equal
    In Charming Sweet Fishmoyne.
Oh Erin dear, thy beauty spots
    Are lovely, rich and grand
And many are thy beautious scenes
    Throughout our lovely land
But if the choice were given to me
    All others I'd decline
For the green wood shades and sunkissed glades
    Of Charming Sweet Fishmoyne.
