- One very dark night a man was travelling from Upperchurch to Borrisoleigh. He was in a hurry and as he was going out over a style somewhere between Drumgill and Knockahorna, He heard something make noise under a stone like gold as he was in a hurry he did not wait to see. Next morning he came to get the gold but he could not know where abouts it was and it is supposed that there is a crock of gold near some style between Drumgill and Knockahorna and it is said there is a fairy minding it.
