    When the potatoes are set they are well cared from the crows and from weeds. The names of the potatoes are Skerries, Champions, FLounders, Aran-banners, Kerr-pinks, Epicures, Duke-yorks, Collins, Up-to-dates, Aran-chiefs, Brittish Queens, Irish Queens. The flounders are the best for eating.
