    Castle" is called that because it is situated in Moyneard. Another field is called "Burke's field" because a man lived in a house which was situated in that field. The "Devil's Bit" is called that because one day goats were his cabbage and he hunted them out the second time and he took up a piece of stone and threw it after them and the place where the rock fell it remained. That is what I heard about it.
    The reason the "New Line" got it's name is because it is a mile in length and is very straight. There is a gate at the side of the road as you go to
