    bow. Out of these they made spancels for fastening cows and horses.
    Leather
    They made leather from the hides of cows and horses. First they buried the hides with lime until the hair fell off Then they took them up and hammered them and they made shoes and other things from them
    Starch
    They made starch from what was left of the juice of the potatoes before they made the stampy.
    Coopering
    The cooper used to make barrels, churns, firkins in which the butter was brought to market and they used also repair them
    Thatching
    The thatcher used go around sewthatching. It was sewthacthing because he used fasten it on to the roofing. It is with straw he used to thatch it, either got from rye, barley, or oats. The instruments he used were a big clippers, and a big needle.
