Saint John's Day falls on the twenty third of June .In our district on that day the young people by the peoples orders collect sticks and and other fire material s and as evening approaches they are kindled on the hilltops .The young dance and sing around the fire until late in the night and leap across it as the fire goes out.The around here ,visit New hall well ,which is dedicated to Saint John on that day and perform rounds there.
