    with hot water. It is then left to dry in the sun. When it has dried it is taken in, and the milk is put into it. Some hot water is added in Winter, and cold water in Summer. The churning then takes place, it takes half an hour for the churning. When the churning is finished the butter is taken out with a saucer, and made into pounds. It is then sold to the grocer at a certain price.
