    olden days as a Salad and as a remedy for bee-stings and sprains or hurts of any kind.

    3) Nettles
    These are considered good for the blood. Boiled in water with oat meal they are still used in the district as a food and as a medicine.
    (Nettles chopped up in duck's feeding is supposed to "feather" them quickly)

    4) Camomile
    Tea made from camomile leaves is good for sprains, a pain in the back or rheumatism. It is rubbed in. Sore eyes bathed in this soup or tea get relief. The camomile flower boiled in milk is another cure. The milk taken cures kidney trouble.

    5) Garlic
    This is used in making the "cure" for the "touch me not"
