This disease in children was treated in the following manner:- A maggot was taken and roasted on the fire. It was taken up and put in corn flour or sago and given to the child.Measles
A frog cooked was given to children for this complaint. Not only was it supposed to cure measles but it was thought that it prevented the child from getting any other sickness.Told by Mrs Conlon
