Thomas Corcoran Levitt, Dunshaughlin, was a good runner. He won the all Ireland Championship at Ballsbridge and this record was never beaten. John Johnso Greenpark, Dunshaughlin, was a good hurler. Peter Johnson, Greenpark, Dunshaughlin, was a good footballer. Patrick Carr Tara, was a good singer. John Dillon, Oberstown Tara, was a good worker. Thomas Brien, Scalestown, was a good wrestler. John Fagan, Frankstown, Dunshaughlin, was a good dancer. Patrick Brien, Marcelstown, Dunshaughlin, was a good handball player. Christopher Blake, Navan, was a good walker. Thomas White, Painstown, Dunshaughlin, was a great weight lifter. He could lift 2 1/2 cuts off the ground up over his head.- Collector
