   Garrett Reilly says he saw the banshee 20 times at least. He describes her as a very small woman with a sort of shawl or kerchief over her head. It follows the Sherlock family who live on the old road of Kilcarne and it cries for a whole week before one of the family dies. One evening Garrett was speaking to one of the said family when they heard "The banshee's lonely wail". I wonder said she who is going to die now. She herself was dead within a week.
