- There are two holy wells in the parish of Trim. There is one in Drinadaly and another in Dalystown. The one in Drinadaly cures a headache and a vomiting. People drink the water and say prayers. Many people say that it cures them. This well is near the churchyard of Drinadaly. There are no bushes near the well or no fishes in it.There is a well in Dalystown called the "Krissheen" well. It is near the hill of Dalysstown. It is supposed to cure sore eyes. People wash their eyes with the water from the well.
