    warmer lands. The cuckoos come here in the beginning of May and remain here until the middle or so of August. Then while we have the cold winter months they go and stay in a warmer land until the Summer comes again, then they visit us once more.
    Robins build their nests on the side of a ditch, usually in a hole. Thrushes build their nests in the hawthorn bushes and other bushes of the kind. Starlings build their nests under the roof of the houses. Crows build on the tree tops. Blackbirds build in bushes like the thrushes. Stonechats build their nests in a wall. Magpies build in with white thorn bushes. Yellowhammers build in furze bushes
