  1. Not far from my house a hay shed was burned near Corstown. It is said somebody threw a lit match near it, which started the fire and it burned the whole shed of hay.This happened about four years ago.

    The only good dancer I ever heard of around here was Jack Hickey,a native of this parish.
    James Carolan of Killriffen is the swiftest runner in this neighbourhood.
