  1. There is a tree near Clonmellon called the 'nailers bush'. It is so called because a nail maker used to live beside the bush. The tree is on the main road from (Mícéal Ó Cle) Clonmellon to Kells. It is about a half-mile from Clonmellon. It can get no information as to the name of the nailer.
