- There is another Holy well in Donore called Saint Hughs and on the 29 June every year people go there and pray. There is no special disease which is cured at this well. The people that went there had always to leave something behind them or they would not be cured. They always left either a button or a pin. There is a bush beside the well and when the people were leaving either a pin or a button, they always tied it to the bush so that the bush is now covered with buttons and pins.
