    Some of these travellers have food with them, and more of them go round from house to house asking for alms.
    These people take milk, four, meal, bread, and lard for alms.
    They travel in great bands and they travel on donkeys and cars.
    The best known families that visits our home are Keenans, Joyces, Powers, O'Leary's and Mac Donaghs.
    These travellers always came on the "patron day" on feast days, and also on fair days".
    These people always told stories and brought news from distant part, and the people gathered around to hear them.
